We offer a variety of classes to meet your fitness and financial needs. Private through Group Training are all performed on Pilates Apparatus - spring based equipment, providing effective Resistance Training.

Private (55 min) - one on one instruction, providing focused attention to the client's needs and goals. We recommend 10 Privates before progressing onto group instruction. |

Semi-Private and Group (55 min) - These are shared sessions between clients (Semi-Private/2 clients; Group/3 to 5 clients). |

Mat (60 min) - This is a non-apparatus group class using Pilates exercises to get a whole body workout. |
